Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating, designing and scheduling social media content not limited to using Canva, VN, inshot, or any other tools.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO. Schedule blogs, optimize the website
- Analyze website analytics and provide insights for improvement
- Creating email marketing campaigns
- Conduct competitor research and provide recommendations
- Assist in creating, writing and editing scripts, copies, blog posts, website content
- Shoot, Create Reels, Videos & Edit Content using Mobile Phone
- Creating and managing online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Assist in optimizing website user experience and conversion rates
- Conduct market research and provide insights for new product/service development
- Help in managing and maintaining the company's online reputation
- Assist in creating and distributing press releases and media kits
- Work on eCommerce marketplaces to list products and manage inventory
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns
- Client Communications
- Any other responsibility that can be a part of Digital Marketing

Roles:
Creative Content Development:
- Assist in designing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
- Develop visual content that aligns with the brand's identity and marketing goals.
Video Editing and Production:
- Edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and ads.
- Assist in producing video content, including motion graphics, animations, and video effects.
- Collaborate in pre-production activities like storyboarding and scripting.
Branding and Visual Identity:
- Support the creation and maintenance of visual brand assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Design logos, brand kits, and other branding materials under supervision.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to develop creative concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
- Assist in communicating design concepts to clients or stakeholders.
Research and Trend Analysis:
- Research current design trends and competitor visual strategies to incorporate innovative ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in graphic design and video editing.
Project Management:
- Assist in managing multiple design and video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
- Organize and maintain project files, assets, and backups.

- Design Support: Provide assistance in creating visually appealing designs for various mediums.
- Video Editing: Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting.
- Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs and videos adhere to brand guidelines.

- Time Management: Manage time effectively to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain design and video assets in an easily accessible manner.
- Content Repurposing: Adapt existing content to new formats or platforms as needed.
- Software Proficiency: Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) effectively.
- Innovation: Continuously seek new ideas to bring a fresh perspective to design and video projects.
- Collaboration: Work as part of a team, contributing to larger projects while managing individual tasks.
